  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer's absolute responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If a package cannot be delivered due to inaccurate data or failure to claim the package after courier alerts, reshipment fees may apply.

5. Return Window, Exchanges, and Refunds
