The products featured in our online store are dispatched directly by our international fulfillment centers and global partners to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
Our standard flat-rate shipping tier, called "Free Shipping", carries a cost of $0.00 and takes approximately 20 to 45 business days to be delivered (following supplier dispatch), depending on your localized state and regional postal routes.
Orders are generally verified, packaged, and handed over to logistics carriers within 3 to 6 business days after payment confirmation within our system.
We guarantee a secure tracking number for every order, allowing you to monitor the transit progress of your shipment directly.
Please Note: In certain scenarios, the delivery timeframe may be extended by a few additional business days due to international transport bottlenecks, customs clearing procedures, local strikes, holidays, high-volume seasonal demands, or other external variables completely outside our immediate control.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
The vast majority of standard retail shipments to the United States are processed smoothly by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and delivered directly by the carrier to your address without additional surcharges. However, because this is an international shipment, your order may occasionally be flagged for customs review or localized duty assessments depending on current import value thresholds.
Should your package be subject to local import fees, processing tariffs, or handling surcharges, please notice the following:
- The customer is recognized as the importer of record and is solely responsible for fulfilling any payment demands required by customs or the domestic carrier to secure the release and delivery of the package.
- PoloUrban does not assume liability for, nor will we issue refunds or reimbursements for, any duties, import tariffs, or processing fees levied by government authorities or postal agencies.
Postal Service Fees
Because purchases made at PoloUrban involve cross-border sourcing, your regional post office or regional carrier may occasionally require a standard international handling or postal processing fee. This fee remains the exclusive financial responsibility of the client.
Payment Confirmation
Following purchase completion, transaction processing and authorization can take between 1 to 3 business days, subject to the rules and security protocols of the payment gateway and your credit card network.
Logistics and Order Handling
Your unique tracking number will be sent directly to the email address or phone contact registered at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 8 business days following payment authorization for the tracking code to be generated and updated in our system.
It is highly recommended to inspect your package at the moment of delivery. If the outer shipping container exhibits structural damage, punctures, or signs of being forcibly opened, please refuse delivery from the carrier and notify our Customer Support team immediately.
Please note that packages pass through standard US sorting facilities and customs entry points prior to being handed off to regional domestic carriers for final mile delivery.
If your order contains two or more separate items, they may be sourced from different international facilities. Consequently, they may arrive in separate packages at different times, and an individual tracking number will be assigned to each item.
Order Tracking Updates
For international shipments, tracking event updates on standard postal tracking pages may take between 5 to 20 business days to display active details after the tracking code is first generated.
Providing an accurate, valid, and comprehensive delivery address is the absolute responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to the supplier due to inaccurate shipping data, insufficient address elements, or failure to collect the package from a local facility within the courier’s holding window, the customer will be responsible for covering any additional reshipment costs.
Duties and Tariff Framework
As an international retail service, all merchandise imports may be subject to government oversight, documentation holds, or localized taxes. PoloUrban is not liable for external delays or supplementary expenses resulting from US import regulations.
